Returns:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Exchange:
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the problem.

Items excluded from exchange:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are excluded from return.

Return shipping costs:
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment, unless the error is on our part.
